ARUNIMA SINHA was a former Indian National Volleyball player and a Football player. When she was traveling in Train(Padmavati Express) at Lucknow for Delhi on 12 April 2011, to take an examination to join the CISF. She had a gold chain and she was carrying a bag. 

Robbers saw her Gold Chain and the 
robbers wanting to snatch her bag and gold chain. In this struggle with robbers she was pushed out of a running train by the robbers in 2011. When she was pushed out of the train she had got hitten by a another Train which was passing next to her and she was crushed by the next passing train. The moment was horrible.

As result, she had fallen on the Railway line track and she became unconscious and when the train is coming she can hear the vibration of railway tack on which she was. And when she came in little bit conscious,
Then she said:-
"I resiste and they pushed me out of the train. I could not move. I remember seeing a train coming towards me. I tried getting up. By then, the train had run over my leg. I don't remember anything after that"

When she  open her eyes and look towards her legs and she found that she had lost her leg and her left leg is no more. Her left leg had to be amputated below the knee, she got multiple fractures in spinal cord and she became Paralyze and she is not even able to move.

In Morning she was rushed to the Hospital by the near Village peoples. When she open her eyes in Hospital the doctor tell her she can never walk on her feet's, she had got multiple fractures in spinal cord, she had lost her leg, she became Paralyze for some time, she need a artificial leg for movement of her moment

And when she was on the bed of the Hospital and she decided to live the hardest life and she decided to become a Indian Mountaineer and also Thanks the God and she said ;


The God not alive me to spend my leftover life in depression
The God alive me to make a History in the whole World "


On 18 April 2011, she was brought to the AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) for further treatment, spending four months at the Institute.She was provided a prosthetic leg free of cost by a private Delhi-based Indian company.
An inquiry by the police into the incident threw her version of the accident into doubt. According to the police, she was either attempting suicide or met with an accident while crossing the railway tracks. Arunima claimed that the police were lying. Contrary to the police claims the Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court ordered Indian Railways to pay a compensation of 500,000(US$7,000) to Arunima Sinha
